Make Up Lessons

• To reschedule a lesson, please click the reschedule button in your lesson confirmation email or sign-in online.

• 5 minutes may be used during a lesson for transitioning students and any necessary parent interaction.

• Cancellations with 24-hour advance notice may be rescheduled within 30 days of original lesson. Cancellations/missed lesson(s) without 24-hour notice are forfeited without reimbursement [move it or lose it].

• As a professional musician, Evan may occasionally need to reschedule lessons due to performances. If Evan requests a reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you are entitled to lesson credit code to be used within 30 days of original lesson or a prorated deduction for that month, with other lessons billed at drop-in rates if a rescheduled time cannot be found.

• In lieu of canceling, video and/or written feedback can be provided for any content received before the originally scheduled lesson.

Payments

Payments are made at time of booking online.

• Tuition is auto billed on the 1st every month.

• This will reserve/ensure your weekly time slot.

• Payments can be made with credit or debit card. Starting mid-month will be billed at drop-in rates.

• Canceling a subscription may result in losing your preferred time or studio availability and requires 30 days' written notice. If notice is given mid-month, lessons for dates in final month will be billed at drop-in rates.

• The extra lesson in 5-week months can be used as a last-minute cancellation make-up or simply enjoyed as FREE lessons if all are attended!

Practice Policy

• Beginning students are expected to practice a minimum of 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week.

• Recommended 30-45 minutes a day, 5-7 days a week for intermediate students. Advance students and further recommendations are discussed during lesson.

• Arrive to lesson ready with your music + pencil.
